JOB TITLE: Commercial Servicing Team Manager

This is your chance to bring your experience of leading client facing teams to help shape the world of finance for good.
As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing leadership for a team of 10 customer facing colleagues based in our Villiers House office on the Isle of Man. This is vital work, making sure we provide the best possible outcomes for our Commercial clients across the Islands Business.
You’ll take your place within our Operations business – a community of customer service professionals that are working hard to optimize our processes and driving a continuous improvement agenda to simplify and improve both colleague and client experience.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Coaching and inspiring our Commercial Servicing team colleagues, helping them lean into challenges and opportunities, and up-skill in operational capability and service delivery.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the norm, putting forward new ideas and driving tangible change that delivers value and aligns with our core values and behaviours.
- Pro-actively managing the relationship and interlock with our commercial partners across the islands to ensure strategic alignment in the servicing of our 10,000 Commercial Clients.

What you’ll need
- We’re looking for an individual with highly developed leadership capabilities with a track record of exceptional customer focus within a commercial business.
- You’ll have an ability to deliver results through others and have great awareness of and contribution to business strategy.
- You’ll be able to influence others, use judgement and have excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to share ideas, proposals, and issues to a range of senior colleagues.
- Highly curious, passionate, and proactively seek opportunities to improve customer, partner, and colleague experience.
- A passion for enhancing operations through use of Operational Excellence management tools and techniques e.g., GROW coaching, skills matrix, team-based problem-solving techniques, capacity planning etc to support the sustainability of the Operational Capability Programme mindset.
- We’re looking for you to have detailed understanding of the frameworks and practical application of all relevant aspects of risk, governance, and control management.
- You’ll have highly developed leadership capabilities along with strong commercial awareness and judgement.
