Barnsley Council are seeking experienced Team Managers (various posts) to join the team based in Barnsley. You will be working on a permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £46,549 - £49,590 per annum.
The Team Manager role:
This is an exciting time to join Barnsley Children’s Service as we’re a council that prioritises Children’s Services, and we want every child in the borough to achieve their full potential, to be safe and happy. Because we highly value the work of our Social Workers, we’ve approved significant additional investment, creating more posts to support Social Workers in the valuable work that they do. Additionally, we have increased the management support to Social Workers, and we are now looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed professional Team Managers to join our stable workforce. We have vacancies in the Integrated Front Door, Assessment and Joint Investigation Team, Children in Care, Disabled Children’s Team, Future Directions and Children and Young Peoples Team.
