We are looking to recruit a Team Manager, Assessment Team within the Social Care Industry. Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role has a supportive team culture with regular supervision and a supportive management team. Main duties include: Recruit manage and develop staff Ability to manage change and stress in self and others Good written and verbal reasoning skills and the ability to produce reports to the required standard, to develop, monitor and maintain appropriate recording systems and to develop such skills in others. Multi Agency working and working together with families. Ability to chair meetings involving service users and other professionals Ability to analyse data Good organisational skills Able to make decisions and delegate tasks appropriately Budget Management Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with colleagues and service users and to ensure that workers in the team do the same To be successful: For this Team Manager, Assessment Team you will need to be have a HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level IE: BA Hons, BSc, DIPSW, CCETSW. The client requests that the worker will have significant Court Experience and can work with a full varied caseload. You will also need to have the Eligibility to Work in the UK with previous experience within a MASH Team.
