Key Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Team Leader who will support management team across the shift. Making sure the operation and organisation during the shift is conducted in professional and timely manners motivating team to achieve company KPIs and SLAs in line with the budget. The role is to lead as an example and making sure the customer first rule applies in evert part of the job.
The working hours are 2200 - 0600, Friday - Tuesday.
Job Role:
- Organising the jobs and managing team on daily basic,
- Manage department KPIs in line with budget,
- Monitoring health and safety procedures and ensure H&S rules are followed by everyone,
- Using the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and SLA's to ensure service for customers is provided on the high standards,
- Involvement in continue improvement for department and business,
- Liaising with other departments, building work-relationship with all stakeholders,
- To oversee general housekeeping requirements of the warehouse, ensuring high standards of hygiene apply to the workplace,
- Conduct the daily team briefing, ensuring colleagues from the team are engaged and informed about any changes,
- Providing smooth and informative shift handovers,
- Managing poor performance in timely manners,
- Organising training matrix for the team,
- Live with H&B EPIC Values, lead as an example, challenging poor behaviours,
- Providing service in line with H&B policies & procedures,
- Supporting colleagues and Team Managers with daily tasks,

- Experience in automation warehouse,
