About The Job
Salary: £28,371 to £31,099 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: County Hall North, Horsham
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall provision of an administration service delivery of various systems and mailboxes, ensuring supply meets demand levels and output meets agreed service and performance levels and standards.
You will work alongside other Business Administration Team Leaders, being accountable for managing a customer-focused support function, and your responsibilities will include ensuring that support resources are deployed flexibly, effectively and efficiently.
You will supervise and coach your team, setting and reviewing achievement of team and personal objectives. As a team you will work together to provide an effective, customer focussed service, ensuring the team’s processes and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated.
Experience and Skills
You’ll need to communicate effectively at all levels and across teams, as well as with external partners and residents. You will use your own initiative to achieve the team objectives, will plan your team’s workload to meet demand and will support your team to deliver output of a high standard. You will grow your knowledge of your service area to participate in any initiatives and make improvements to processes where appropriate.
