The Team Leader is responsible for the successful delivery of the Restart contracts in Stoke. The Team Leader will report to the Business manager and will oversee and lead contracted programmes,.
Lead the Service
· Deliver exceptional operational performance to achieve contractual KPIs
· Engage at a strategic level with a broad range of external stakeholders
· Lead, coach, develop and motivate the operational team
· Identify and implement actions to increase engagement
· Plan and forecast workforce requirements and ensure effective and timely recruitment in line with profiles
· Identify opportunities for integration and identify, utilise and share best practice
· Monitor ways of working and identify ways to continuously improve
· Monitor contracts against agreed performance and quality standards to identify and appropriately address any issues
· Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
· Review management information to identify relevant improvement actions
· Deliver the financial performance of the contracts working within agreed set budgets
· Input to the annual budget review process to agree appropriate budgets to support operational delivery and contract performance
· Ensure compliance with Statutory H&S Regulations
· Ensure adequate security practices are in place
· Maintain compliance to all Acorn Training policies and procedures.
