Job description
Our Team Leader helps to shape our customer journey. You will manage the day-to-day activity of the Bike Team, ensuring we run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible to support the customer journey.
How will you do this?
Joining our bike team, you will lead the team, both coaching and motivating them to deliver against set KPIs. A natural people person, you will develop strong relationships with your team and customers too.
You will assist with the development and implementation of processes and procedures that support the customer service we provide, whilst being compliant about both FCA and DPA legislation we have to adhere to. With customer at the core and being a subject matter expert for Bike products you will act as a Complaint Handler and ensure that all complaints are handled correctly, whilst managing customer expectations and resolving queries.
Proactive in your approach you will produce accurate and timely information as required, including any ad-hoc job-related tasks. You maintain and build the morale of the Customer Service department, helping to create a positive working environment.
