As a Team Leader, you will assist the management team in successfully running the day to day management of all aspects of the facilities within Gravity Social, Northampton. Gravity Social is a bar and restaurant in Sol Central which has a host of activities, combos and food & drink options.
An integral part of the role is to deliver continuous improvement in all areas of the facility, ensuring that exceptional levels of customer service are delivered at all times, by a well trained and motivated team. At times, as the manager on duty, you will be responsible for supervising a team and serving alcohol.

Team Management:
- Along with the General Manager, you will recruit, train and develop staff. Conduct regular reviews and provide further training and guidance where required.
- Report Employee Relations issues to the General Manager in line with Company values and procedures.
- Line management responsibility, including conducting regular reviews and annual appraisals.
- Assist in delivering staff training throughout the year, ensuring all new staff are fully aware of Company policies and procedures.
- Staffing efficiencies. Constantly review and manage rota/hours.
- Provide leadership and help staff perform to their best, giving guidance, advice and being approachable.
- Lead by example.
Person Specification:
- A proven and successful track record in a fast paced, management role in hospitality.
- A dynamic leader with the ability to motivate the team and drive culture to create results.
- A customer focussed, approachable and tactful personality, with the ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage a budget, with an excellent track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Flexible attitude to working patterns.

Salary: £10.25-£10.75 per hour
