The Talent & Development Team looks after all elements of talent acquisition and development, from employee recruitment to onboarding, to training and resource management.
We're currently looking for a well organised administrator to play a key role in our team.
About the Role
This role will support on employee recruitment, onboarding, and provides wider T&D administrative support.
For recruitment you will manage campaigns, review applications, liaise with the Head of Recruitment and hiring leads on candidates, schedule interviews/assessments, make offers & provide feedback.
You'll play a key role in the coordination of graduate recruitment and other assessment days.
Take the lead in the onboarding of new starters and ensure they have a successful induction to Savanta.
Also provide administrative support for other areas of T&D; including the Savanta Training Academy and Resourcing.
You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the London office. You will be required to spend around 3 days per week in our London office at Great Portland Street.
About You
- Good organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously
- A genuine desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and have a great work ethic.
- A good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office apps
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, as well as work collaboratively with others at all levels
- Confidence to ask questions or make suggestions on improvements to processes or ways of working
