Job description

Wise May are looking for a Team Administrator to join a busy international Insurance business in the City.

You will be a bit part of the Operations team supporting the Underwriting and Claims departments.


Duties include:

  • Maintenance of all Underwriting and Operational support tasks process documentation
  • Allocation of claims messages
  • Allocation of outwards reinsurance premium messages
  • Performing data quality checks
  • Reviewing data quality exceptions
  • Responding to data entry queries
  • Allocation of premium and claims messages
  • Issuing notices of cancellations to brokers regarding non-payment of premium and other Credit Control related activities such as premium receipt confirmation to Brokers
  • Performing Compliance checks for Binding Authority contracts

Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30, hybrid working.
