Our client is a top UK chartered accountancy firm. They are a commercially astute organisation with a personal, partner-led service aimed at entrepreneurial small and medium enterprises (SMEs), large corporates and high-net worth individuals.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced administrator, who is organised and methodical in their approach to work, to provide support and administrative functions to the Company Secretarial Department. No experience of company secretarial work is necessary as full training will be given.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role is varied in nature and the responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing general administrative support to the department
- Dealing with post, both in-coming and out-going
- Monitoring of the department’s general email boxes and dealing with routine enquiries
- Assisting with the collection of anti-money laundering documentation from clients (full training will be given)
- Using Diligent Entities company secretarial software (full training will be given)
- Assisting with billing
- Other ad hoc duties in line with the role
The Candidate:
We require a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills:
- Enthusiasm and the ability to work both on their own initiative and in a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and under time pressure where necessary
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
