Job description
To support across the Customer and Corporate Services teams as needed, providing proactive support with administration, diary management, project work and other general office tasks. To be a key team player who is flexible and adaptable and is enthusiastic to learn about our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular admin support including updating reports, sending emails and diary management
- Produce powerpoint updates, excel spreadsheets and word documents as required
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and offer a high level of customer focused service to all
- Process PO’s and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- File any relevant correspondence
- To take a proactive approach to reviewing/updating processes where necessary

- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Ability to understand and develop processes and ways of working to improve efficiency
