Job description
We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital Humanities Institute (DHI) for two Teaching Associates to join our team. With proven, exceptional teaching abilities in the field of digital humanities (broadly defined), you will play a key role in the delivery of modules on our postgraduate degrees, MA Digital Culture & Communication and MA Cultural Data Management & Communication. You will contribute to team-taught core and option modules that focus on digital humanities methods, theories and practices. You will play an active role in the life of the Digital Humanities Institute, providing pastoral support to tutees, supervising dissertations, marking student work, and undertaking leadership roles that relate to academic skills and employability. You will also be expected to contribute to the Digital Humanities Institute’s presence within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, and the wider University.

It hosts and delivers a large portfolio of UKRI funded projects, and currently delivers postgraduate programmes to a large and diverse student cohort.
