£16,158.71 - £16,453.05 + SEN Allowance £750 pa
19.5 hours per week - 3 days
£9,695.23 - £9,871.83 + SEN Allowance £450 pa
13 hours per week - 2 days
£6,463.48 - £6,581.22 + SEN Allowance £300 pa
There is a pay award pending from 01.04.23, and the temporary special needs allowance is paid monthly and will be reviewed in March 2024.
Our staff successfully meet the needs of our pupils, aged 3-19 years, some of whom have very complex needs and challenging behaviour, many with Autism.

It is essential to have the ability to learn quickly and enjoy a challenge, whilst maintaining a sense of humour. Experience of or willingness to work with children with Autism would be an advantage, as would a qualification in child care or social care.
