Hours: 31.5 per week, Term Time plus 5 days
Location: Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7HS
Start Date: 1st September 2023 (until 31st August 2024)
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced individual to join a large team of friendly Teaching Assistants within a busy department. If you are passionate about securing the best outcomes for pupils and enjoy being part of a strong support team then this role is for you!
You will be working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. You will give assistance to pupils so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.
Duties will include supporting students in mainstream lessons, small groups or 1 to 1 sessions in order to facilitate pupil learning, engagement, inclusion, and development of the whole child.

Founded in 1926, Crompton House is an 11 – 18 co-educational Church of England comprehensive school and sixth form with Multi Academy Trust status.
