Stallingborough Church of England Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school as soon as possible. This is a fixed term Level 2 TA position, involving working within our Early Years’ classroom as a one to one for a child with an EHCP.
The successful candidate -
- is happy and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour
- is an excellent classroom practitioner with passion and commitment
- values the importance of teamwork and has excellent interpersonal skills
- promotes the safety and wellbeing of pupils
- builds strong relationships with parents
- is able to implement programmes and interventions to support children’s learning
- is able to follow occupational therapy guidance when lifting child between different physical aids such as, wheelchair, stander, etc. and supporting with physical development
- is experienced in a range of behaviour management techniques
- is committed to their own professional development
