Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs - 1-2-1 Support

As a Teaching Assistant at our school, you will deliver 1-2-1 support and intervention for children with physical disabilities and complex learning needs. We are looking for a kind, caring, and compassionate Teaching Assistant with previous experience within a SEN setting. Our staff are friendly, and our leadership is supportive, creating a lovely school environment to work in. This role requires a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with recent SEN experience.

Job Role:
- Support children with Physical Disabilities and Complex Medical Needs
- Understand a range of additional needs
- Work as a Classroom Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant
- Take part in whole school activities, making school fun, engaging, and beneficial for pupils
- Break down barriers to communication and manage behaviors
