We are recruiting dedicated teaching assistants to join our existing Inclusion team. The purpose of the post is to carry out a range of duties that enable students with learning needs to fully access standard and differentiated curriculum activities. The post holder will work closely with all other members of the Inclusion team to promote high standards of inclusion and learning opportunities. There will also be occasions where you will be required to assist with manual handling and intimate care of students.

We have 2 full-time vacancies - part-time roles will be considered for the right candidate.

As an experienced teaching assistant you will be extremely well organised, IT literate and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. It would be advantageous to be qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent and have experience of supporting students with specific needs.

This post will be working term time only, including training days. Salary is Grade 3, SCP 5 to SCP 6 - actual salary £15,962.58 to £16,253.35.
