Teaching Assistant | North Sheen | Full time-long term | September start

Ortus Recruitment are working with an amazing mainstream primary school located in North Sheen and they are looking for a dedicated candidate to commit to a full time-long term role as a Teaching Assistant.

The role:

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: North Sheen
• Full time-long term
• September start
• Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

• Be able to stay calm under pressure, adaptable and enthusiastic.
• Be compassionate, have a positive attitude and be encouraging.
• Good listening ability and be sensitive to each pupils’ individual needs.
• Support across the primary curriculum.
• Provide supervision on break and lunch when required

You Must:

• Be available to work full time.
• Hold right to work in the UK.
• Previous classroom experience or experience working with children.
• Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the update service – if you do not possess a current DBS, you will have to apply (we can help guide you through the process if necessary)
• Provide recent and relevant references.
• Available immediately.
• Clear written and spoken communicator.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £80.00-£90.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
