Teaching Assistant in East Ham Primary School
Nurture Education are currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to work in a SEN roles in an established primary school in East Ham . This is a full time, long term position starting ASAP and lasting until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity of becoming a permanent position.
Purpose of the teaching assistant job:
- To work under the instruction/guidance of senior/teaching staff to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching and to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils
- To encourage the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school, and enable pupils to become more independent learners
- To undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils in the classroom
In order to work with Nurture Education, you must have the Legal right to work in the UK and have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable).
