Teaching Assistant - Walton-on-Thames area
We are working closely with lovely primary school near Walton-on-Thames and they are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to work within KS1 or KS2.
The right person for this role as a teaching assistant in Walton-on-Thames will have recently worked with children in and education setting.
As a Teaching Assistant in Walton-on-Thames you will be working closely with the other Teaching Assistants across KS1/KS2, this will be a rewarding position within a friendly and supportive team of staff.
Requirements:
- Recent experience in supporting children
- The ability to use a variety of strategies to engage and support children in their learning
- Experience within a pre-school or knowledge of the curriculum
- Ability to calm and support children with additional needs
