Job description

Highgate Primary Academy has an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive Foundation Stage Team. We are looking for a talented, knowledgeable professional with high aspirations for all of our children.


Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have recent, relevant and successful experience in a primary school setting - ideally within Foundation Stage or EYFS
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with pupils
  • Support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs
  • Want to make a real difference
  • Promote good behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents
  • Utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.
