Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Salford
Salary: £75-£80 per day
Start Date: September 2023

GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic General Teaching Assistants to work across client schools in supply positions across Salford. This is a great opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff in vibrant and welcoming schools.

General Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
As a General Teaching Assistant, your role may include, but not be limited to:

• Providing support to individuals or groups of students to help them reach their desired levels

• Assisting students who may require extra support such as students with special education needs like ADHD, ASD, LMD, SEMH

• Attending relevant school meetings, briefings and events

• Liaising with parents, teachers, and external agencies to secure high levels of attainment

The successful General Teaching Assistant will:

• Possess a Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2 or 3).

• Be energetic and eager to help out students.

• Be able to communicate well with different stakeholders

• Have the right to work in the UK

• Have an updated CV with an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
