Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Challenging Behaviour Needs Location: redruth Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistants to join our team at a specialst school in Exeter. The school prides itself on providing an inclusive education where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their potential. However, we also understand that some students may present with challenging behaviour needs, which require additional support. As a teaching assistant for challenging behaviour needs, you will work alongside our experienced teachers to support and engage students who may struggle to maintain focus or may display disruptive behaviour. You will be responsible for planning and delivering interventions, monitoring progress, and working with families to maintain a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, but we welcome applicants with a passion for education and supporting young people. You may have experience in social care, youth work or a related field, and be looking for a new challenge in a supportive and nurturing school environment.
