Location: Greater Manchester
Salary Scale: up to £85 a day

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who aspires to be a Teacher?
GSL Education is currently looking for an experienced TA for one of our client Primary schools in Greater Manchester . The school is looking for someone who can start in September and has experience working with individuals and small groups of children.

- You will be working closely with the class teacher to motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Supporting children with special educational needs.
- Individual support should be provided to students in small groups to ensure learning is taking place.
Ideal Candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
- Support pupils who have special educational needs
- Have basic understanding of childhood development and steps to support children of various ages
- Be helping pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Good written and oral skills
