We are looking to appoint a flexible and hard-working Teaching Assistant who:
- has proven experience of working successfully with children across the primary school age range
- has high aspirations for children in their care and can support them to flourish and make progress, however small the steps
- has high expectations of children’s behaviour and can manage this effectively
- is calm, positive and patient
- is able to use their own initiative and can “think on their feet”
- enjoys working as part of a team, can contribute ideas and can also accept feedback
- has the interpersonal skills to develop positive and supportive relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers
- supports our Christian vision and ethos
- will commit and contribute to the school’s strong safeguarding culture, including attending regular training.

This post is permanent. 32.5 hours a week, term-time only. Working hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm. This post will most likely be in our Reception class.
Salary: Grade 2, Point 2 (£20,441 pro rata – April 2023 pay award pending)
