About The Role
This role will work with the college or business unit's senior leadership team to support the ongoing improvement of teaching, learning and assessment. It will support individual lecturers who need targeted support to improve, as a result of being new to the role, support for improvement or as part of the rapid improvement process. Under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team the role will lead and develop staff development activities. It will also work with other Innovators across the Group as well as Senior Innovators to share best practice, resources and ideas to deliver an outstanding student experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding and commitment to achieving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, who has exceptional coaching and mentoring skills and who will inspire others to deliver an outstanding student experience. They will have experience of and be confident in delivering training to their colleagues.
Candidates will be qualified teachers with at least 2 years successful teaching experience with evidence of good outcomes for learners.
