Reporting to: Headteacher
Required for September 2023 we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic teacher for Health & Social Care with the possibility of Physical Education. Health and Social Care is a popular, successful, and expanding subject offered at both Key Stage 4 and in the Sixth Form at Ilfracombe Academy.
The successful candidate should be suitably qualified to teach Health and Social Care at Key Stage 4 and to Sixth Form and PE to KS3 and 4. We would also be interested in any applicant that would be committed to retraining and would provide CPD and support for this.
The Academy was inspected by both SIAMS and OFSTED in 2017 and received Good in both inspections. The Academy has a dynamic leadership team across both senior and middle leaders.
