We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our outstanding and well-equipped Design Technology department from September 2023. The successful candidate will join an innovative, forward-thinking team of teachers, who are passionate about engaging and inspiring young people in their learning and committed to raising standards. Applicants ideally should be a specialist in food technology as this will be their main proportion of teaching at KS3 but will also be required to teach some KS3 product design. There will be the possibility of a leadership role for the right candidate. Applications are invited from both newly qualified teachers and experienced professionals.

Edgbarrow School believes in setting the highest standards in all areas of school life and we are looking for a purposeful and committed individual who wants to join and enhance our strong team. We offer an excellent induction programme, promotion prospects and a highly supportive working environment. Edgbarrow is located in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire. It is a thriving, vibrant and high-achieving secondary school where students are polite, happy, well behaved and motivated. It has been judged by Ofsted as outstanding.
