Classroom Support/Assistant – support the team by identifying and engaging with students they feel might need more one-to-one support. With your genuine, friendly and natural abilities you will support whilst helping to instil confidence and self-belief in the students that need your help.
We work Nationally so we try to recruit locally however the ability to travel up to one hour or stay overnight is an advantage. We cover mileage and Hotel expenses, further details will be available at interview
YOU WILL EARN £75 PER DAY with an opportunity to progress to £100 as a Lead Support!
This role is extremely enjoyable and massively rewarding! You would form part of a small team – helping to assist our amazing Teachers in the classroom, working in harmony together helping students and delivering outstanding lessons every time!
We go into the school classroom in Teams of 3 or 4 staff, running our innovative, multi-award winning lessons. We motivate and inspire students, providing positive learning experiences, creating a culture of engagement but most importantly … WE MAKE THE LESSONS FUN!!
We have over the last 25 years helped over 200,000 students nationwide, delivering intensive courses in schools to learners from Primary right through to GCSE, helping them to achieve the results they deserve!
We have work available immediately, the work is offered on a self-employed/sub-contract basis and is completely flexible so can fit around other work you may be doing.

- Drawing out ideas and starting discussions when learners go to task
- Marking learners work

A clear understanding of safeguarding expectations and professional boundaries
A commitment to training and professional development
An enhanced DBS Certificate that is on the update service or less than 2 years old (We can obtain this if you do not already posses one)
Preferred experience:
- Four GCSE’s grade C or above
- Previous experience in education and training is preferable, but not essential as training will be provided
- Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous, but not essential to the role
- Strong IT skills
