Primary School Teacher Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Primary School Teacher Assistant. You will help support children develop their education, supporitng them in their work set out by the teacher.

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Primary School Teacher Assistant. You will help support children develop their education, supporitng them in their work set out by the teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Support the primary school teaching team in delivering engaging and well-planned lessons.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with diverse learning needs.
- Help implement various teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to prepare learning materials and resources.
- Support students during activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
- Previous expereince working with children with SEND.
- Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and well-being.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
