Significant Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide Year 6 pupils a wide choice of subject-related, high-quality teaching and learning opportunities.
• Help pupils move to secondary school and be ready for national tests.
• Create and carry out engaging lessons that meet the different requirements of the class.
• Evaluate students' academic achievement and offer helpful criticism to direct their advancement
• Encourage cooperation, resiliency, and independence in a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.

Primary Requirements

• Key Stage 2 teaching experience and qualified teacher status (QTS), preferably in Year 6.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and evaluation standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to forge lasting connections with students, parents, and coworkers;
• Skillful classroom management, upholding high standards for conduct and participation
• A burning desire to encourage and inspire pupils to realise their full potential
• A dedication to preserving and advancing children's welfare
