SEN Teaching Assistant- Solihull
Location: Solihull
Duration: Full time/ part time
Salary: £70-90
The School/role:
We are recruiting for a SEN school in the Solihull area that are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with them on a full-time or part time basis. The school are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and ability working with Special Needs children and young adults.

We are working with a school in the Wolverhampton area that are seeking a TA to work with them on a full-time or part time basis. The applicant must have experience working in a Special Needs school, ideally with Complex, ASD, PMLD, SLD needs. Along with providing personal care to children or young adults. You may be required to fill out EHCP’s daily for children you support 1-1.
This is a role for someone who is hands on, professional and committed to making a change to young peoples lives, who may suffer from Severe learning or life impacting illnesses.
The position will be working within a range of classes within the school providing support to the students that are most vulnerable and in need of extra support. You must have previously provided personal care, along with having excellent skill in the classroom.

Requirements:
· Qualified Teaching Assistant OR Relevant SEN Background
· SEND school-based Experience
· ASD, SLD, PMLD, SPLD, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy needs experience
· Child and Adult Workforce DBS
· Available Immediately
· Level 1 safeguarding certificate
· Recent school-based references
· Valid Photo ID – Driving Licence or passport
· Full DBS – registered on the update service (ideally).
