Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the personal tax affairs for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Provide expert advice on personal tax planning, minimizing tax liabilities while maximizing opportunities for tax savings.
Review and supervise the preparation of self-assessment tax returns and associated calculations.
Conduct detailed tax analysis, identifying tax planning opportunities and risks.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all personal tax matters.
Requirements:
Qualified Tax Advisor (CTA, ATT, or equivalent).
Extensive experience working within an accountancy practice, managing personal tax affairs for clients of varying sizes and sectors.
In-depth knowledge of personal taxation regulations, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
