About the role
The successful candidate will join us as a Tax Associate with study support provided towards the completion of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.
Main Duties:
- Completing corporation tax returns for clients.
- Assisting the team with tax advice in areas such as Research & Development Tax Credits, Capital Allowances, Business reorganisations & restructuring, Share Plans and much more.
- Supporting the development of new proposals to clients and onboarding.
- Supporting the VAT team in providing advice and working with clients.
- Assisting the team in both compliance and advisory issues.
- Corresponding with clients and HMRC.
- Various other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualification
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.
We offer a range of different qualification pathways at Azets which are determined by the role you are applying for. The qualification that will be undertaken for this position will be the ATT, leading to CTA.

Application Requirements
To get the job that you’ll love you will have:
- You will need the right to work in the UK from your start date.
- Level 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Minimum 96 UCAS points or equivalent
- Please note, this role is not suitable if you hold an undergraduate degree
