Summary of Job Role:
EA Gibson Shipbrokers is looking to recruit a Broker to work on the Suezmax desk in our London office. For this role you will ideally have 2-3 years' experience, be motivated and driven to succeed, and have a network of chartering/owning clients.
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their Broking career and add value to a team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a growing team of brokers to build out the Suexmax desk, extending their client base and identifying and developing new potential business
- Building relationships with clients and providing information both face to face and by phone/email
- Facilitating and executing deals between parties, directly and co broking with teammates
- Gathering data from the market and helping to coordinate information within our bespoke technology system.
