About This Job:
Working as part of our Global Talent Management Centre of Excellence (CoE), this is a new opportunity for you to utilize and grow your Talent Management/ Performance experience.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative activities supporting the CoE in the delivery of a number of new enterprise-wide initiatives as our Global Talent model evolves.
Reporting to the Director Talent, Performance & Change Management, you will support the Director and Regional CoE Leads with a variety of Projects and activities across the function such as organizing key meetings/workshops, supporting company wide communications, training roll outs, and a broad range of other activities.
This role will give you the exposure to new projects and activities within the CoE allowing you to build on your current knowledge and diversify your skillset in Performance/Talent Management across different regions and cultures
Key activities are noted below:
- Supports the team with the co-ordination of training materials, reports, meetings and communications activities
- Supports the global 360 survey process for Vice Presidents and above in addition to processes such as the Global Talent Review, Succession Planning, Development and Career Planning
- Customizes communications/tools, supporting the CoE Partners in the execution of developing strong succession plans and actions.
- Supports the development of tools, methodology and global guidelines to implement and sustain a common global performance management process
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience of supporting Talent Management/HR practices and/or training.
- Evidence of working in a global matrix organization across different cultures.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, well organized and able to co-ordinate global requests/activities
- Good understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong problems solving skills/initiative to achieve successful outcomes
- Fluent in written and verbal business English
Education/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or HR Qualification
