The Global Audit and Assurance (A&A) Talent Senior Manager will participate in the design and execution of our Global A&A talent strategy. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other global Audit and Assurance teams (i.e., Quality, Transformation, Growth, Risk etc) to understand and assess how Talent initiatives will impact A&A employees. Another important responsibility will be to coordinate projects globally and understand the impact to Deloitte professional’s day- to-day activities. Our Global Audit and Assurance Talent Senior Manager will interface with senior leaders from our Executive Member Firms and the Global A&A network.

This role provides a unique opportunity to help build strategic and advisory skills, enhance operations management capabilities, and be at the forefront of our Global Audit and Assurance Talent strategy execution. The need for strong project management skills is critical as well as knowledge on change management.

  • Partner with the Global A&A Talent Leaders and other Global A&A functions
  • Support the Talent team by driving the talent strategy, identifying, and strengthening capabilities and positioning for the A&A business
  • Act as a project manager for Talent projects
  • Contribute to the strategic resource projects and design new models
  • Oversee Change Management of Global A&A Talent standards; ensuring that talent standards are fully embedded throughout the business
  • Contribute to the implementation of ISQM1
  • Review areas of improvement with performance management
  • Support the enhancement of Deloitte A&A employer branding via external/internal communications and increase attractiveness (retain high quality talent)
  • Assist with the embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion outcomes/tools
  • Work on our mobility accelerators project to improve mobility within the A&A business

  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Possesses strong presentation and influence/persuasion skills
