- consulting & advising the business on the development of their people, ensuring the best use of the Talent & Culture offering
- shaping the Group Functions learning curricula and supporting the business in implementing agreed activities measures to foster a culture of ongoing professional development
- playing an integral part in accelerating our culture change, bringing our Purpose to life and embedding our behaviors in the organization
- driving and supporting key projects
- building networks and purposeful connections across our organization
- optimizing use of data, systems and reporting within T&C

- proven experience in a similar T&D position or in related functions with a focus on people/organizational development

- strong written & verbal communication to enable session facilitation & influencing of stakeholders
