Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Barlow Place
Travel: Regular travel around London. Occasional travel around UK & Ireland
Contract: 6 Month FTC, with opportunity to go permanent
We have an exciting new opportunity in our Talent Acquisition team as Talent Executive. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, the successful candidate will utilise their knowledge of people and the luxury industry to contribute towards our business objectives.

What Impact You Can Create At Chanel…

Talent Acquisition:
  • Support in the approach and attraction of high quality candidates at all boutique levels internally and externally, both passively through job adverts and proactively through networking and headhunting
  • Proactively mapping the luxury industry, providing the brand the opportunity to work dynamically in succession planning external talent
  • Facilitate a best in class candidate experience by owning the candidate journey from first contact, through to first day and beyond.
  • By cultivating relationships around the business, this role will support in enabling candidates to meet the right internal stakeholders in a timely manner. By expediting the process, reducing the time required to fill vacancies with excellent people.

Fundamental Missions:
  • By owning oversight of headcount for our Fashion & W&FJ Boutiques on a monthly basis, support the People Function in ensuring the business is best placed to maximise staffing levels.
  • Our Job Descriptions create the wireframe on which our people build success in their roles, and this position will play the vital role in contributing to these being up to date, and forward looking.
  • By working closely with our People Team, this role will ensure that the successful candidates onboarding is seamless, setting up our new staff members and the business for mutual success.
  • Whatever the result for the candidate, this role will ensure all candidates complete the process with an outcome of value with the aim of converting candidates into ambassadors of the brand, and growing our market network
  • As our people grow, this role will work closely with People Team in ensuring all information is updated ahead of time and accurately, contributing to a seamless experience for our employees.
  • By being a key driver of culture add, by using our best processes and tools such as Job Activation Guides, JD formats and Interview Guides, this role can contribute to business performance by ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
