We’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who is keen to enhance their business administration skills through study, and to put those skills into practice.

You will support us with day-to-day activities, coordinating and administering our talent development opportunities across Tate. You will also work on projects to improve engagement with our Learning Management Systems. As an apprentice, 20% of your total time will be dedicated to completing training, delivered by a third-party training provider.

The Talent Development team supports colleagues at all levels across Tate to develop their knowledge, confidence and skills to succeed in their roles. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders in all divisions and gain an insight into the many different roles across Tate. We are part of the broader People (Human Resources) department, and so you will work closely with other teams that look after our people while they are employed by Tate.

Your organisational skills will help you plan and prioritise to balance work with study. You’ll be able to work both collaboratively and independently, and your good interpersonal skills will mean that you can communicate effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of individuals and teams at Tate.

You have good administration skills and pay attention to detail; you will want to develop your organisational skills further. You are interested in making the most of available systems and technology to maintain relevant information and collaborate more effectively.

You’ll understand how important it is to promote people development and inclusion at work and you’ll be motivated by our aim to make Tate the best possible place to work.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for 18 months
