Talent Coordinator
Our Retail Resourcing team are looking for a Talent Coordinator to assist with attracting and selecting exceptional people who want to be a part of our Harrods story. We’re one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers around the globe and in turn we are looking for a Coordinator who knows what luxury looks like.
As a Talent Coordinator you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all touch points through the Harrods recruitment process, from screening niche level roles to arranging bulk level recruitment events, no day is the same within our Retail Recruitment team.
About the role
As a Harrods Talent Coordinator you will provide a great candidate experience to all candidates interviewing and applying to Harrods, assessing and selecting the best talent for our Retail divisions.
As part of the resourcing team you will also:
  • Provide an outstanding experience for internal and external candidates
  • Work together with the Resourcing Partner to screen and source candidates across various divisions
  • Manage candidate communication and providing a clear application status for all candidates and Resourcing Partners.
  • Create and manage exciting job adverts ensuring all roles are advertised in Workday and relevant channels.
  • Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes.
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities to support business initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of Harrods Assessment Centres.
About you
We are looking for someone who has strong organisational, administrative and communication skills and who loves speaking to people on a daily basis. Ideally the right candidate will have resourcing experience with a preference within Retail.
In addition to this we are also looking for the following qualities :
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management & admin skills
  • An open and honest communication style
