Role Overview : The purpose of this role is to lead the increase in brand awareness and growth/engagement of content on social media channels using talent/influencer and community focused marketing strategies, as well as keeping an authentic community and cultural lens on all activations. This involves co-ordinating the successful implementation of the size? Talent & Community strategy. Day to day tasks will involve managing talent relationships, organising seeding of content/product, organising/attending of influencer events and collaboration on campaigns, exclusive launches, general product and seasonal, calendar events to maximise the visibility of size? and associated brands/products, and driving community engagement ideas which centre around cultural calendar events and moments. This will also involve proposing and excuting innovative activations to strengthen the size? brand's community links. Agreed weekly reports will be produced to monitor the success of ongoing talent and community activity. Reflective feedback on campaigns should be organised and suggestions drawn on experience be provided to the line manager and senior marketing team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Formulate and input into a strategic influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement, follower growth and website traffic.
- Develop and propose ideas for community engagement initiatives which can work with and also exclusive from, influencers
- Identify, locate and engage with key influencers.
- Maintain database of influencers, keeping talent fresh and in line with brand & campaign narratives.
- Updating of gifting log and accurate record keeping of daily items sent.
- Running of competitions in collaboration with influencers.
- Seeding out of size? created content appropriately across the influencer network.
- Working with the social media team closely to ensure that influencer posts and social trend knowledge are being shared & utilised when and where appropriate
• Managing the gifting delivery process to ensure accurate, timely and efficient arrival of products. • Accompanying influencers to events and ensuring the relevant size? message is pushed.
- Establish, understand and track KPIs and best practices for performance evaluation.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Expert knowledge about all aspects of influencer marketing.
- Good knowledge and experience of commercial multi-channel marketing and functions, preferentially also having experience working within a fast paced eCommerce/commerce/talent-led environment
- Ability read cultural trends and community tone-of-voice, and succinctly propose related ideas.
- Ability to propose, plan and coherently run regular influencer events, both physical & digital.
- Experience working with a multi-functional marketing department on seeding product to key social influencers.
- Development & knowledge of networks that appeal to multiple consumer targets around key interests and shopping behaviours.
- Leading the handling of influencer contracts, fees, campaign budgets and relationships.
• Experience handling full invoice processes & working within campaign budgets • Working with third party brands on key influencer campaigns.
- Experience of Google apps suite (e.g. Google sheets).
- Experience of using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good presentation and organisational skills
