This is an opportunity to join Currys as a Recruitment Marketing Partner. You will lead the end to end recruitment marketing and candidate attraction plans across our business. In this role you will partner with stakeholders and take accountability for the delivery of consistent, on brand collateral that supports promotion of our Employer Brand.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience, the main responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the TA team to develop attraction strategies linked to our employer brand to drive improvements in key hiring metrics
- The day to day management, collecting content for social media recruitment messaging and overseeing of our external careers social media channels
- Working closely with the Employer brand and Communications team to develop channel strategies for the communication of the Employer brand and specific targeted propositions
- Work in partnership with specialist agencies to ensure cost effective, timely, measurable and high-quality solutions are provided to the business
- Support the development of the careers sites as an attraction and brand building tool with a view to increasing engagement and facilitating internal career development
- Support the TA team with all operational recruitment communications and assist in the development of broad integrated marketing plans including video content creation, social media update, internal careers PR and content across all paid media
- Apply a specific D&I lens to all related activity, shaping future strategies and ensuing alignment with specific initiatives
- Lead on relevant projects related to our Employer brand and establish robust project planning methodologies including budget tracking and relevant ROI measures
- Support and coach the TA team and stakeholders in order to drive greater self-sufficiency
- Coordinate all relevant measures of tracking activity
You will need:
- Proven experience of working with employer branding tools and attraction/talent acquisition strategies within a complex recruitment function
- Experience of careers site development and executing change (testing)
- Broad understanding of the recruitment market; candidate behaviour trends, employer branding, job boards, social channels and talent acquisition trends
- Ability to work collaboratively, recognising cultural, demographic and geographical candidate market impacts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience in creating content for social channels
- Good analytical skills with the ability to tell stories through data
