As a Talent and Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will deliver an innovative talent and recruitment service. Working collaboratively with the Senior Hires Recruitment Partner, HR Service Centre, and key stakeholders across the University to deliver a best practice approach to a world class recruitment service. You'll be customer service focussed, have the ability to establish creditability and build strong working relationships with colleagues, be able to work in a collaborative, proactive, innovative and solution focussed manner to achieve outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment specialist with experience in a fast-paced, customer-focussed environment; with the ability to motivate others. You will have a pro-active approach, with strong communication and analytical skills and will have knowledge and understanding of:

  • Recruitment legislation and best practice
  • Attraction campaigns
  • Recruitment processes, tools, and systems

In recognition of staff contributions to the University's achievements during the 2021/2022 academic year, an additional discretionary payment of 2% per annum will be added to your salary until 31/07/23 in order to ensure consistency amongst existing and incoming staff. This additional 2% will be paid pro rata in equal monthly installments, on top of your salary each month until 31/07/23.
