To help with our growth, YOOBIC are looking for a Recruiter to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a vital role in managing the end to end recruitment process at YOOBIC.

What you'll do…

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process at YOOBIC, with a key focus on GTM hiring.

  • Create effective sourcing strategies to help us hire best in class talent. We want someone who can think outside the box and utilise the necessary tools to help us find exceptional candidates and build talent pipelines for future positions.

  • Partner with the wider People Team on creating a seamless recruitment process, always looking at ways we can keep improving.

  • Be metrics driven - you will use data to help us make informed decisions on how we can improve our processes and drive decisions.

  • Ensure our candidates have a great experience throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on the requirements of the role and the structure of the interview process.

  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and our hiring squads.

  • Drive the offer process - including compensation recommendations, extending offers and closing candidates.

  • Document all recruiting related activity in our applicant tracking system - TeamTailor.

  • Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms

  • Be happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved in any ad-hoc projects (e.g. Employer Branding, D&I)

What you have...

  • Ideally you will have 1-2 years of strong sales recruiting experience (a bonus if you have done this within a start-up or scale-up environment). Whilst this is the key growth area for us at YOOBIC, you will be well-versed with picking up roles across other functions as needed.

  • Ability to source and attract world-class talent within Sales (including Sales Executives, SDR, Account management) for an organisation with a high hiring bar.

  • A high level of EQ and AQ (Adaptability Quotient) in equal measure. You thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt easily to change.

  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and candidates.
