We have exciting opportunity for a resourceful Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our experienced AMIEO (Africa Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) Inhouse team.
This is a highly communicative & solutions focused position, partnering with the business to deliver a professional and attentive full cycle service ensuring a positive stakeholder and candidate experience.
Responsibilities will include;
Deliver full cycle recruitment on all assigned requisitions
Partner with respective HR colleagues and stakeholders to and maintain a fluid candidate experience.
Proactive approach to build Nissan business knowledge, and capture skills requirements to build relevant networks and talent communities supporting current and future requirements.
Ensures governance and working to global TA process and regional policies
Continuously looks to improve and refine sourcing and Talent Acquisition as a function within Nissan
Take ownership and an active approach to learning, utilising all available resources to keep uptodate with industry relevant best practice, associated UK legislation and trends.
Flexible to collaborate on TA projects in the region and input into market intelligence forums
Skills and Experience
Experience in a Corporate or similar Inhouse TA role beneficial, recruitment experience essential.
Experience recruiting in Automotive or similar product focused/ consumer business advantageous
Experience using ATS (preferable Workday) LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms
Understanding of UK and associated recruitment law and compliance
Experience working in diverse, cross functional matrix environments
Attention to detail and pride in presentation of data
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficient user of Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS TEAMS
Fluent English written and verbal skills
Full UK Drivers license
