Salary: £32,000
Location: Remote - Work Anywhere in the UK
Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lexxic
We're looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our super friendly People & Culture Team at Lexxic. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lexxic, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by identifying, attracting, and nurturing top-tier talent to join us in creating a world where all minds belong. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you'll be a key player within the People & Culture team, joining us during a period of exponential growth. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of Lexxic as we continue to lead the way in promoting neurodiversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
What you’ll be doing:

Job Description and Advertisements (15%):
- Craft detailed and compelling job descriptions for open positions, highlighting key responsibilities, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Develop engaging job advertisements for various platforms, ensuring they are tailored to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ads based on feedback and evolving job requirements.
- Monitor the performance of job advertisements and make adjustments to improve their reach and effectiveness.
- Vacancy Management (15%):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and manage open positions, ensuring timely recruitment to fill vacancies.
- Maintain a clear overview of all open positions, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders on recruitment status.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans for each vacancy, aligning them with Lexxic's broader talent acquisition strategy.
- Candidate Sourcing (20%):
- Employ a multi-faceted approach to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry associations, and employee referrals.
- Build strong networks within the talent pool, leveraging relationships to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to uncover hidden talent gems.
- Interviewing and Assessment (25%):
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Lexxic's values.
- Utilise behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design customised assessment processes for specific roles.
- Employer Branding (15%):
- Collaborate with Lexxic's Marketing & Communication team to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Develop and maintain engaging and informative content that showcases Lexxic's commitment to neurodiversity and inclusivity.
- Act as an ambassador for Lexxic at industry events and conferences to promote our employer brand.
- Market Research (10%):
- Stay updated on industry talent trends and benchmarks, ensuring Lexxic remains at the forefront of talent acquisition practices.
- Analyse competitor talent strategies and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to refine Lexxic's recruitment approaches.
Must Have:
- A passion for delivering an outstanding (and personalised) candidate experience.
- A track record of successfully recruiting top talent, particularly in fast-growing environments.
- Experience in inclusive hiring practices.
- Proficiency in developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- A history of enhancing the employer brand to attract diverse talent.
- Skilled in building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Strong market research skills, using data to improve recruitment strategies.
