Innovative Systems/FinScan®, a leading global hi-tech company is seeking an experienced, highly creative and results driven Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Specialist to identify top talent globally, with a focus on the UK and Europe. You will be an integral part of Innovative / FinScan’s success strategy, finding and recruiting A-level talent .

Accountabilities and Essential Responsibilities

Innovative is known as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK making your job to recruit talent a little easier. You will report to the VP of Human Resources, but find a lot of autonomy in this role. You will be accountable for:

  • Creating and implementing fresh new sourcing strategies that expand and support our recruitment success and brand.
  • Identify and successfully engage with both passive and active talent to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline in support of our domestic and international operations
  • Expanding awareness with universities; expanding and deepening relationships with department heads, diversity and special interest groups, etc.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to assess candidates and fill positions on a timely basis
  • Creating candidate excitement!

Other core responsibilities include:

  • Participating in full life-cycle talent acquisition for assigned positions from identification of need through onboarding
  • Developing understanding of Innovative’s history, products, culture, and vision in order to communicate a full and complete view to candidates
  • Assisting with development of marketing strategies, campaigns, recruiting collateral and use of social media to drive accomplishment of hiring goals
  • Providing insights and data to influence decisions and garner leadership support
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify needs and develop project plans that establish responsibilities and timelines for each hiring project
  • Developing awareness of competitor recruitment efforts and offers and provide recommendations for staying ahead
  • Review and assist managers with job specifications and writing of job descriptions
  • Review and rate resumes independently and collaboratively with managers
  • Effectively and timing use of ATS and other tools including appropriate updating
  • Proactively communicate ideas, progress, and issues with manager and other relevant staff
  • Working collaboratively across departments, locations, and time zones
  • Ongoing development of improved processes
  • Support Innovative’s Mission, Values, and Guiding Principles
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications (required)

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruiting success with strong creative sourcing experience and high candidate quality ratings
  • Proven success in sourcing and filling hard/difficult-to-fill positions across range of departments, e.g. sales, client relationship positions, product marketing, product management, software implementation, etc.
  • Self-starter with prior experience recruiting across international markets
  • Knowledge, sensitivity, and experience understanding cultural nuances across multiple countries
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong market branding and creative sourcing idea generator
  • Proven experience in with varied assessments and differing interview formats
  • Knowledge and experience developing, asking, and evaluating different question types and response
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail; Effective planning and organization skills
  • Proven problem analysis and solution skills
  • Natural consensus builder and team player
  • High levels of enthusiasm and positivity
  • Native level English

Qualifications (desired)

  • Prior experience working in technology, software/data management, Fintech, regulatory compliance, etc.
  • Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Fluent in multiple languages a plus
