About The Role
Contract: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Are you an enthusiastic and creative Resourcer looking to move into internal recruitment?
As a Resourcer, you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team by creatively sourcing candidates for our Central directorates such as Fundraising. Marketing, People, Finance etc. just to name a few.
We are a new team, looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Resourcer to help deliver our exciting talent attraction and selection strategy. We’re a fun, friendly and supportive bunch and have an exciting year ahead of us as embark on our new Talent Acquisition strategy this year!
Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will:
- Source candidates for our hard to fill opportunities (including at Executive Leadership level)
- Online candidate mapping and job board searches
- Use of social media to attract and source talent
- Screen candidates across multiple vacancies
- Develop and manage our candidate pipelines
- Evaluate and select candidates to progress through the recruitment process
We are a positive and passionate team, and we would love it if you were too! To be successful within this role you will need to be able to deal with multiple tasks and multiple priorities whilst maintaining accurate attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude!
Although this role is predominately home-based, there will be monthly meetings at our office in Birmingham City Centre.
About you
You will be an enthusiastic and pro-active Resourcer and driven to learn new techniques, an excellent collaborator, and a passionate champion of understanding the talent market.
Some of the key skills we're looking for are:
- You will have experience within a similar internal recruitment/talent acquisition team or a Recruitment Consultancy (ideally in social care).
- Strong Boolean search skills and experienced use of Linkedin Recruiter.
- Strong administration skills with a commitment to providing great candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Great attention to detail and be able to deal with multiple tasks.
- Personable and helpful approach to communication.
- Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
- Any experience recruiting within social care or high-volume recruitment will be a huge advantage.
